Bio:  Ronell Joshua Mance, born 21 March 1992, is an All American Athlete for the University of Southern California, who specialized in the 400 meter run.  Now entering his junior year is well accomplished, recently running in the 2012 Olympic Games in London apart of the Silver medal winning 4x400 meter relay team for the United States.

In 2010, Josh finished his high school career as a All-USA high school track and field selection by
USA TODAY.  He won the CIF in the 400 meters with a nation wide best of 45.90.

In 2011, Josh entered his Freshman year at USC as a highly recruited track athlete. That year, he set a personal best and a USC freshman best time in the 400 meter with a time of 45.29. He placed 6th in the NCAA championship, earning All-American Honors.  He then went on to win the 400 meter and 4x400 relay Gold Medals in the Pan America Games.

2012, Sophmore year, and the road to the Olympic games.  2012 was the toughest of his young track and field career.  On the radar as one of the best quarter miler in the country, Josh suffered a hamstring injury early in the season, resulting in weeks without running and working out.  Inspired for the desire to come back and have a successful season, Josh worked hard, and was finally able to run at the USC vs UCLA Dual Meet, competing in the 800 meter run, placing 1st with a PB of 1:51.16.  During the NCAA Championship prelims, Mance ran a personal best in the 400 meters with a time of 44.83.  He finished 5th overall, improving 1 spot from the season prior, earning All-American Honors once again in the 400 meters and the 4x400 meter relay.  Josh continue running, competing in the Olympic Trials in Oregon.  Narrowly missing out in the open 400 meter race, placing fourth, right behind fellow USC teammate and friend Bryshon Nellum.  Josh was selected in the relay pool for the London games.  Running second leg, in both the preliminary round and finals.  TEAM USA finished 2nd for the Silver Medal, .33 seconds behind Bahama.

- Ronell Mance, prefers the name Josh.  He is 20 years old from Pomona, California, son of Kelly Mance, youngest brother of T.J, LaToya, Roger, and Rayonna Mance.
